Teens have a highly tuned radar for inauthenticity, which is why my direct and relational style works well here. I do not show up as just another authority figure or talk down to them. Instead, I act as an honest sounding board and a steady anchor, providing a secure, non-judgmental space where they can unpack their inner world, discover their own voice, and feel genuinely seen.

My life was saved many times by mentors as a teenager. Because of this, I hold a profound respect for this specific chapter of life and consider it an honor to sit with adolescents as they navigate it.
