My personal path to this work has been both extremely challenging and magnificently beautiful. Navigating trying circumstances since early childhood, I am no stranger to suffering, grief, and loss. It has been through the deep support from loved ones, counselors, mentors, and the natural world that I have found pathways to authentically engage with life’s dark, light, and mundane chapters. As I am trained in assisting others, my continued personal healing journey shapes the authentic space that I bring into the therapy room.

For the past decade, I’ve worked as an Emergency Room trauma nurse, standing with people in their most vulnerable moments. Yet, I have always felt a calling toward deeper, inner soul work. My transition into becoming an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist has solidified my belief in the profound healing that happens when we connect intentionally in therapeutic spaces.

As a therapist, my style is direct and relational, and deeply rooted in cycles and the natural world. I consider myself an active partner with you—creating a secure environment where you can explore your inner world freely, while offering the honest feedback and steady encouragement needed to create real, lasting shifts in your life.

I am deeply committed to relationships—with myself, my clients, loved ones, community, and the wild spaces that exist everywhere. I have built my life around community alongside my partner and child, which anchors my daily life in connection.

As I deeply believe in human connection and talk therapy, I just as much believe in the power of wild spaces. A significant portion of my life has been spent in remote places, including rowing a raft down the Colorado River in the Grand Canyon for months at a time, off-trail backpacking trips in the Sierra Mountains, and multi-week off-grid surf trips in Baja.
