Families
Families
Families are complex, deeply interconnected ecosystems. When working with families I draw from Family Systems Theory to help us look beyond individual symptoms and understand the system as a whole. Rather than assigning blame or pointing fingers, we will actively explore the unspoken rules, inherited roles, and communication patterns that are present. My role is to provide a steady, secure space with the direct and honest feedback needed to help disrupt old cycles and rebuild a foundation of authentic connection.
