When working with individuals, my approach is rooted in depth psychology and psychodynamic theory, woven together with relational practices and ecopsychology.
While having a space to process is important, our work focuses on moving beneath the surface to identify the root of what your soul is trying to tell you, which can often present as unwanted symptoms. We will explore the unconscious patterns, unspoken narratives, and past relational dynamics that are actively shaping your present reality. Because our healing is deeply intertwined with the environments around us, I bring an ecopsychological lens into the work. By blending traditional talk therapy with an awareness of our connection to the natural world, we explore how your inner landscape connects to the wider web of life.Â
While I welcome and feel honored to work with clients from all walks of life, I am particularly passionate about supporting those looking to go beyond what they know and are curious about what is possible. I also feel equipped to work with first responders and medical professionals, those who have experienced medical trauma, individuals navigating the initiatory experience of parenthood, and those who identify as having challenging childhood experiences or loss and separation.
