Becoming a parent is one of the last true initiatory experiences in our culture, and I have a deep connection to working with those moving through this portal. Whether you are navigating the tender uncertainty of fertility challenges, carrying the quiet weight of pregnancy loss, adjusting to life postpartum, or feeling the strain on your relationships, I am here to be with you through it all.
I work with individuals and couples across all stages and paths to parenthood. Together, we address everything that comes with this threshold- grief, hope, fierce love, redefining family, integrating new identities, and learning how to ask for help when the ground feels unfamiliar.
Motherhood & Matrescence
Matrescence—becoming a mother—is a transformation unlike any other. It reshapes your identity, body, nervous system, and closest relationships. I am deeply passionate about this process both personally and professionally.
My work holds space to explore what entering this new identity truly means for you, asking the essential questions: Who am I now? How do I ask for help? What must I let go of, and what does this mean for my partnership, work, and sense of self? Whether you are navigating infertility, processing pregnancy loss, in the thick of early parenting, years into your parenting and feeling stuck, or seeking support while envisioning a life without children, you have come to the right place.
Fatherhood & Paternal Mental Health
Paternal mental health is rarely talked about, yet those who step into fatherhood experience a significant, life-altering shift of their own. Fathers often face intense pressure while navigating changes in identity, relationship dynamics, and silent overwhelm—usually with very little dedicated support.
I have been blessed to work with fathers during the transition into this role. My active, direct, and grounded approach offers an unfiltered space to process the realities of modern fatherhood, break old patterns, and find your footing as both a partner and a parent.
